We are currently recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Carton House.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a designated kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain exceptional presentation and quality standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

Assist Sous Chefs and Head Chef with menu development and seasonal dish preparation.

Monitor portion control, stock rotation, and minimisation of food waste.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and served within agreed service times.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.

Support ordering, stock management, and inventory control within your section.

Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and all food safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Handle high-pressure service periods while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.

Contribute creative ideas for menu improvements and special events.

Ensure all equipment is used correctly and report maintenance issues promptly.

 The successful candidate will:

Previous experience in a similar position.

Ideally have experience in a luxury Hotel background, be talented, creative and have a genuine passion for food.

Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.

Be standards driven and detail-orientated.

The ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Be flexible, both early and late shift roster.

A good command of the English Language.

Excellent self-presentation.

Detailed knowledge of HACCP.

Relevant professional qualification.
