Support Worker

Reports to: Social Care Leader / Deputy Social Care Manager / Person in Charge


TerraGlen provides person-centred, community-focused services for children and young adults with disabilities. Our teams play a central role in creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments where each individual is supported to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We are expanding our team and are seeking Support Workers who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and high-quality care.

What You Need

  • QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
  • A full driving license held for at least two years.
  • A positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • Reliability, compassion, and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential - full training is provided.


Vetting Requirement

Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through Tusla and the National Vetting Bureau.
