- Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes
- Support client wellbeing and independence
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor care plans and clinical needs
- Promote dignity, respect, and compassionate care
- Active NMBI registration
- Previous community or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and person-centred approach
- Full driving licence and access to a car
