Job Description

We are looking for a responsible full-time Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Ballsbridge on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Ballsbridge store and/or cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.


The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.



Responsibilities

  • Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager
  • Cash Handling 
  • Cash Reconciliation
  • Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints
  • Ordering processes for the store
  • Provide general support to the management team
  • Ad hoc duties as required



Requirements

  • Proven track record of seeking responsibility
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Reliable and flexible in their approach to work
  • 2 years experience in Retail Management / Supervision
  • Experience merchandising in the retail market
