Customer Service Manager required with previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferably medical device. Galway.
Change management role creating best in class team in Global Headquarters
Transition reporting from Operations to Commercial and align with global Commercial strategy
Drive sales and opportunity funnel
Create exceptional Customer experience by exceeding expectations
Design and implement innovative ways of engaging with customers
Develop customer, market and competitor intelligence capabilities
Manage and update all standard customer service tools, systems and processes
Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferably medical devices.
Degree in relevant field is desirable, strong computer skills essential
Exceptional ability to engage with customers, problem solve and drive solutions to meet customer requirements and company’s financial targets
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business cases and technical information
