We are seeking a Contract Analyst to work on a permanent basis for a well known company based in Mullusk. This is a good opportunity to work for an award winning company.

Contract Analyst Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Analyst to work in our Quantity Surveying (QS) Department on our busy Contract, which is based in our Mallusk office. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the information provided by an operative on each survey completed and applying accurate SOR codes to same to ensure each survey is billed correctly.

Contract Analyst Duties

Ensure accurate submission of contract job tasks to the client through applying relevant SOR codes from the M3NHF Bill of Quantities
*

Analyse working documentation supplied from site to determine accurate costings of work carried out, including labour and materials
*

Interpret site drawings to ensure all works carried out have been accounted for therefore enabling accurate billing
*

Determine more cost effective procedures for job tasks ensuring communication to operatives on site
*

Ensure strict compliance with client KPIs with particular reference to quality and accuracy
*

Form strong relationships with the client and their representatives by working in a cooperative and professional manner

Contract Analyst Essential Criteria

*

A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar related field or a lower level qualification in a related field with relevant experience

OR

*

A minimum of 1 years relevant technical and practical experience in the construction or facilities management industry

Excellent analytical skills
*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
*

Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a dedicated team
*

A high level of IT literacy
*

Good attention to detail and accuracy
*

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary will be based on experience and above skills and will be from €26k to €28k and will also come with additional company benefits.
