We are currently recruiting for an Admin Finance Assistant role, for our client based in the Newry area. This a 3-month contract and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

The Role:

  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Estates and Capital Projects Department and process insurance claims under the direction of the Safety, Health and Emergency Planning Officer.

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail including confidential documents, date-stamping and recording all payments received by post each day.

  • Drafting, copy-typing and audio-typing letters, reports, minutes and agenda for all sections of the department. 


  • At least 1 year’s previous experience of related duties in an office environment, including filing, typing of letters, diary management and reports etc.

  • Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills gained from at least 6 months’ experience working with members of the public in a customer service environment.

  • Have previous working experience of receptionist duties.
