Admin Finance Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Finance Assistant role, for our client based in the Newry area. This a 3-month contract and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Estates and Capital Projects Department and process insurance claims under the direction of the Safety, Health and Emergency Planning Officer.
Handling all incoming and outgoing mail including confidential documents, date-stamping and recording all payments received by post each day.
- Drafting, copy-typing and audio-typing letters, reports, minutes and agenda for all sections of the department.
At least 1 year’s previous experience of related duties in an office environment, including filing, typing of letters, diary management and reports etc.
Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills gained from at least 6 months’ experience working with members of the public in a customer service environment.
Have previous working experience of receptionist duties.
