Supply Chain Administrator (Logistics/Pharma)

Our client a global logistics provider, are now recruiting a supply chain administrator to work on site with one of their key clients in Dublin 15. This role requires an adaptable and confident person with a strong emphasis on customer service and problem solving. This is a permanent role working 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with an excellent package. 

The ideal candidate will be coming from a freight forwarding background and have experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 

Full ownership, responsibility and management for an assigned number of markets which includes activity such as order receipt, order entry, shipping document creation, tracking and delivery confirmation.
Communicating with internal customers on the status of orders, providing clear and concise information on expected delivery.
Working with third party logistics providers to ensure the timely pick pack of orders.
Monitoring each order until delivery, proactively managing orders which may be delayed and communicating to customers appropriately.
Work with freight partners to ensure on time delivery to customers and adherence to the internal KPI.
Reporting daily/weekly KPI’s to management updating on challenges and propose resolutions.
Liaising with finance to provide weekly, monthly updates on sales from an order and unit perspective.
Ensuring department deviations are investigated thoroughly, corrective plans put in place to prevent re-occurrence and ensuring adherence to the internal record time lines.
Drive process improvement by developing, owning and implementing appropriate change control and CAPA’s and liaise with QA to determine suitability.
Develop and implement operational SOP’s considering and building in the HPRA/EMA guidelines at all times.
Ensure full compliance with internal SOP’s and standards
 

Other:
Ensure operational compliance to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, in addition to all company policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR, etc), and work in a manner that supports the Company environment programme
