SALARY: €24,400 - €28,800 (OTE first year 35K as a minimum)

My client is an international executive search and selection organisation who can evidence success in over 32 countries. We offer bespoke executive search and selection strategies which aim to propel our clients ahead of their competition, cementing their roles as industry leaders.

We typically work with candidates from senior management to board level with base salaries no lower than €166k.

The Role:

We are looking to add to our team with ambitious, energetic and high-calibre people for our 2019 Trainee Scheme.

In addition to an extensive classroom-based training programme, you will be learning on the job, shadowing Consultants, Managers & Directors to learn the exact skills required to make you a top performer.


* Meeting with clients virtually and person to determine the specific needs of their business.
* Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions
* Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates.
* Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
* Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates.

Significant support will be provided by the Managing Partners of the business.
