This unique software start-up is looking for a fresh Sales Director to take their revenue and results to the next level. Strategy, tactics, action plans and following up new business opportunities will be integral to your success. Being a senior role, the successful candidate will be working directly alongside founders and senior management.

* Build and lead the sales team from the ground up
* Create demonstrations and presentations tailored to clients’ needs
* Work alongside upper management to develop and deliver sales forecasts
* Manage the full sales cycle and deliver a consultative sales experience
* Assist and collaborate with other internal teams to develop marketing material
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio
* Tracking and reporting key metrics related to revenue, customer retention, andother KPI’s
* Review customer feedback to and tailor the strategies accordingly
* 5+ years closing B2B sales experience
* SaaS experience
* 3+ years of managing sales teams
* A proven track record of driving and growing revenue for business
* Knowledge of the existing market
* Exemplary Communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport
* Excellent time management and planning skills
