Location: Cork/ London (Dublin 1 Day / Week)
Travel: UK & Europe.
Salary: Circa €75,000 /Annum
Bonus: Bonus’s scheme available to encourage Business Development.
Package: healthcare, Pension, Travel Expenses, Mileage.
Holidays: 20 Days Per Annum
Hours: Monday -Thursday: 8:00 -17:30
Friday: 8:00 – 15:00
Report To: Board of Directors (Weekly progress Report)
About you:
Sharp, financial, accounting or Business background (MBA maybe). Having a knowledge of construction is necessary, BIM Knowledge is highly advantageous
Our client is not precious on location, as most our staff are in London or oversees. If the role suites you & you’re based in London, our client is happy for you to work from London – However, growing the business from the city is KEY
Overview: Our Client is an exciting new services and technology start-up. They are on the look out for an Operations Director who is capable of running the day to day business of the services division.
Business Development: Explore opportunities with reputable clients who are capable of utilizing the services Our client has to offer. Using existing contacts and making new ones with the purpose of growing our client’s business and Brand.
Knowledge Development: Using prior experience continually improve technical capabilities of all staff. Assist with the development of workflows and processes, aiming towards standardization and accreditation.
Commercial Management: Ensure all invoices are issued in a timely manner. Ensure to chase all outstanding invoices. ensure that the time sheets for contract staff are correct. Continually estimate and forecast cashflow and company expenditure. Report to the board on Hardware/Software requirements and costs.
Implementation Strategy: Organize and run technical workshops for clients to assist with implementation of digital processes and reach businesses usual status in the organizations with which we work. Ability to start up clients expectations, familiarize with the projects, and onboard staff accordingly.
Operations Management: Monitor the work being completed by staff, ensuring the required level of productivity is being maintained while ensuring that the time sheets for contract staff are correct.
Resource Management: Continuous recruitment, both onboarding and offloading staff to align with business requirements. Management of contracts and staff invoice payments.
