* MS Office Desktop Operating System

* Experience in all of the above
* 3rd Level technical degree
* 3+ years Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
* Proven experience in a customer service-oriented environment
* Experience and knowledge of IT systems and solutions
* Full Driving Licence
