Becoming a PMO Analyst with AMT-Sybex:Working within the Project Delivery function of the Company, the Programme Management Office Analyst will report directly to the PMO Manager.This is a planning, reporting and role, performing a range of Programme Management Office duties and providing support for the PMO Manager and the Project Team. What you will do: * Working with the Project team and maintaining an integrated project schedule for each project. * Assisting with planning and governance activities on key projects. * Producing standard and adhoc internal and external reports. * Providing accurate and timely forecasts. * Providing resource availability information and managing the update of resource bookings and project schedules. * Analysing and providing information on the impact of delays, slippage, overruns under runs on resource and cost.Your experience will include: * PMO Analyst/planning experience in an IT project environment – planning, reporting and providing the required controls. * Knowledge of governance and risk management of large IT projects. * Communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Able to deliver to strict deadlines in a busy environment. * Use of MS Project or a similar project scheduling tool. * Use of Excel – intermediate level.About AMT-SybexAMT-Sybex has worked in the infrastructure and energy industries since 1990, delivering tailored, business-focused solutions, based on strong core components, experienced personnel and exceptional support.
