Head of Account Management
€90,000 - €100,00 base plus 30% bonus
Our client are a global technology organisation who specialise in Regulatory solutions. Their service offering give organisations reliable legislative information, insights and actions through own web based tracking and processing tool.
As the Head of Account Management you will be responsible for managing 4 Account Managers across US, IRE and EU. You will use your existing sales manager skills to be an excellent coach, motivator and trainer for your team.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team ensuring they achieve their targets set
• Implement and improve processes across the sales function
• Work closely with other functions to ensure effective reporting
• Provide extensive reports to the Executive team on team performance
• Improve conversation rates
• Work closely with the Marketing and Account Management department to drive lead conversion exploiting all opportunities
• Develop future strategy alongside the Global Sales and Marketing Director
• Minimum 7 years' experience within Sales and Management
• Experience of managing a sales team
• Ideally experience within SAAS, Technology or Compliance sectors
• Experience with managing a global team
• Experience of coaching / training on Challenger sales, Solution Sales and Disruptive Proposition
