Customer Service Agent
You will be working for an exciting and innovative Market Leading Energy company,
providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first
point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general
enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to
take inbound customer calls however our client also requires some up-selling and
promotion of add-on products during these calls.
