Hall Manager (Accommodation)
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Management experience within a Hall of Residence, Hotel or Housing Company
Hold a valid PSRA licence
Excellent staff management experience
Experience of financial budget monitoring and control
If successful, you will be implementing any necessary systems of work required and providing an efficient, effective and responsive service to all properties and residents.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Overseeing the management of an existing private halls
Overseeing the integrated day-to-day operations of all systems and services provided
Being responsible for the appointment, management and supervision of all staff
Managing and taking responsibility for all financial aspects of the service provided, including pay and non-pay budgets
Establishing and maintaining required networks in order to provide a liaison link between establishments and other external agencies within the locality
Maximising rental and other associated income throughout the calendar year
Salary & working hours
Salary is €45,000 per annum + Benefits
You will be required to work flexible working hours, including weekends.
