Williams Lea Tag seeks an Operations Manager to join our team!

Are you self-motivated with a “can do” attitude? Are you able to set up new mailroom processes in new locations? Do you have previous people management experience?

How would you like to work for a global business process outsourcing (BPO) organisation with a client base of blue chip FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies within the Public Sector, Financial Services, Legal, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Energy industry sectors?

The Job:

In this role you will have overall operational responsibility for the day to day management of the inbound, scanning, indexing, digital print and outbound activities, supporting the Account Manager with the operation in Shannon and provide leadership to the teams and deliver service to the agreed standards as set out in agreed Service Levels.

You will be expected to act as the central point of contact to the client in the Shannon & Dublin offices for all issues relating to the Mail Scanning & Print operations, both infrastructure and business, take ownership and responsibility of new strategic messages of switching and changing the Pepper Print culture to remove use of MFD floor copiers and manage the Apogee contract from a service delivery perspective.

You will gain total understanding of technology solution that supports Mail, Scanning and Print Operations, be the point of contact for WLT with regard to staff management, payroll, account admin, health and safety and any ad-hoc requirements and coordinate holiday and sick cover

To be successful in this role the candidate must have knowledge of people management skills; they must enjoy working with a diverse and varied group of people, both staff and clients and have strong natural leadership ability, be able to work on their own initiative, and be pro-active.

You will need to have a strong service mentality, with good organisational skills, feel confident in your verbal and written communication abilities.

We need you to be a quick learner, be able to pick up and oversee existing workflow procedures and administration processes and must have an eye for detail.

The Experience:

 Should have experience in a changing environment and enjoy working in a growing organisation

To be offered this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience in supervising a busy on-site team, have strong people management experience and have a background in project implementation.

We require you to have previous experience working in a corporate culture, in

Process management and have experience in driving efficiencies and thinks strategically.

You will have the ability to work within the boundaries of tight deadlines whilst under

pressure, have experience working in a mail room, scanning and in a digital print room

environment would be an advantage.
