Sales Support Administrator
SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Office Manager your responsibilities will include
•Order Entry System Chasing Acknowledgements
•Back up Support Customer Service Contact
•Dealing with Customer & Supplier Queries
•Supporting the sales team on a daily basis
•Organising of Goods Arrival & Dispatch
•Logistics – organising internal and external collections and deliveries
•Working with project managers to ensure that delivery dates meet the required site delivery dates
•Processing delivery dockets
•Ensuring correct use of all resources
•Other ad-hoc duties
You will bePossess
•Experience in a similar role
•Experience in working in a fast paced environment dealing with different teams
•Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask
•Strong communication skills verbal and written. Capable of communicating effectively and pleasantly with clients and colleagues at all levels
•Strong attention to detail with good ability to analyse figures and data.
•Proactive approach to solving issues
•Good IT skills
