Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Learning Disability Service
Location: Armagh, County Amargh
Salary: €43,200 per annum (€21.60 per hour) + excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Armagh, County Amargh. The service is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Armagh, County Amargh and has developed to provide care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities. This warm and friendly nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. The home offers a range of excellent facilities for residents including a variety of activities and social events and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and enjoy. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes located in Armagh, County Amargh. The service provides person centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
