Service Administration opportunity for a leading international Company in Celbridge. In this busy role you will report to the Service Operations Manager. This isa Junior position and ideally you will be enthusiastic, have a good attitude and be someone who is interested in progressing in their career
Previous experience in similar role would be an advantage
To support the general administrative needs of the Company, including systems
evaluation, development and implementation.
Be responsible for the administration of all service-related paperwork and back office and ensure that all are received on time, treated appropriately and forwarded to the relevant Departments in a timely fashion and internal system updated as required.
Follow up with the Field Service Team on any overdue paperwork and ensure all paperwork is administered within the agreed deadlines.
Logging of all weekly time sheets for the Field Service Team to ensure additional hours are kept up-to-date and paid regularly.
Logging of all weekly working hours for the Field Service Team to ensure maximum average working hours are not exceeded.
Prepare and Issue Quotations for breakdowns and emergency service response and follow through effectively as required.
Manage car stock, test equipment, tools and consumables on behalf of the engineers and replenish as required.
Follow up on Service Contracts and Customer Quotations.
Provide back-up support and cover for the Service Scheduler to ensure the smooth and effective operation of this critical role during periods of absence.
Assist the Key Account Manager with monitoring and updating opportunities on the Company’s CRM System.
Procurement of all orders as required.
Prepare, type and proof-read documents such as reports, letters, forms, telephone log sheets etc. on Microsoft Word.
Carry out routine general administrative duties such as photocopying scanning filing etc.
Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the Customer Care function as required.
Assist the Service Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the Service Department.
Provide back-up support and cover within the Customer Care Team during periods of absence.
Organise air travel bookings, hotel and transport arrangements for the Field Service Team
Participate in customer account marketing campaigns as required.
Participate in Company Stock Checks as required.
