If you've got ambition, we'll train you to diagnose a range of technical issues and how to solve them on the spot. No technical experience is required, all you need is a mind for customer service, a passion for technology and the drive to learn and succeed. We can offer you access to online training catalogue with hundreds of courses to help increase your knowledge as well as on the job support and tuition to help you progress in your IT career.

Become a tech expert

You'll build your skillset by remotely helping people all across the country. With the chance to combine training with your experience, you'll improve your technical knowledge and develop problem solving skills that will help you through your whole career.

Your responsibilities:

* Be a friendly first point of contact for Capita customers with IT queries.

* Log incidents and service requests from customers received via telephone, email and customer portal and process accordingly.
