Site Manager - North Meath / Louth - Housing Development
A highly respected medium sized residential developer with a number of live housing sites in the Meath / Louth area. They currently have a need for a Site Manager located in Duleek on the first phase of a housing development of 70 units with the overall project set to last 2-3 years and more projects in the pipeline in that area.
The site will comprise of 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 2 storey 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 2 storey detached houses, and 5 bedroom detached houses all with associated on-curtilage parking.
Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 10+ years’ post qualification experience, with a background in large scale residential construction / mixed developments.
As Site Manager
Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, Excellent knowledge of Trades and background, Ensure compliance with building regulations, Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction, Managing Health and Safety on Site.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €60,000 - €70,000 + package
