Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking an Administrator to support our clients Procurement Team

Our Global leader in Research and Technology has a temporary vacancy for 1-2 months in their Larne based office

The candidate will be based in our harbour facility in Larne and work full-time hours Monday - Friday as follows:

8.30 am - 5.00 pm or 8.00 am - 4.30 pm (1 hour lunch break) or

8.30 am - 4.30 pm or 8.00 am - 4 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (30 minutes lunch break).

Access folders on our global servers, download files into specific folders on their desktop, keep the drawings organised and structured in an organised manner and file ready for developing into RFQ packs / Tenders.

Must have good attention to detail and numerical skills to correctly match reference numbers

Must be Microsoft Office savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be IT literate

Engineering background desirable but not essential to create drawing packs to support the Procurement Team

Experience in reading top level assembly drawings and CAD models desirable

Ability to identify schematic drawings and component level spec sheets

In return you will be paid an hourly rate of €10.80 per hour paid in a weekly basis
