Site Manager - Wicklow - Timber frame housing development
A highly respected medium sized Main Contractor with a number of live projects in the commercial, residential and education sectors across Leinster. They currently have a need for a Site Manager located in Rathnew, County Wicklow on a residential project of 50no. timber frame houses.
Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, self-reliant individual, preferably with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 10+ years’ post qualification experience, with a background in large scale residential construction / mixed developments.
As Site Manager
Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, Excellent knowledge of Trades and background, Ensure compliance with building regulations, Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction, Managing Health and Safety on Site.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €55,000 - €65,000 + van, fuel card.
