Premium Credit is the leading insurance premium finance company in Ireland and the UK. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for an Administrator to join their team.

As an Administrator, you’ll take on a fast-paced role dealing with inbound and outbound calls, providing support to customers and brokers.
Joining a team of six on the administration team, you will process business and personal requests within our high volume environment.
You’ll act as a specific point of contact for key brokers as well as a vital support element for our Business Managers who are out on the road.
Additionally, your role will involve:
- Ensuring customers’ document are up-to-date and accurate
- Providing manual checks on customers
- Completing associated paperwork
Interested? To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in a high volume, customer focused environment
- Proven customer service and/or support skills, dealing with difficult/demanding customers
Attentive to detail, organised and customer-focused, as an Administrator, you will be comfortable working to high quality standards within a fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritise your workload will be key, as will strong relationship building skills.
Experience of dealing with AML and credit checks would be beneficial to your application, but this is by no means essential. Experience in the financial services industry would also be advantageous.
