The successful person will have experience in an office/administrative environment, preferably with experience in a Parts Advisor role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Control of online parts system
Ordering parts required, communicating with workshop on parts needed
Receiving and invoicing to internal and external customers
Liaise with parts suppliers on delivery times and possible delays
Update workshop team and Manager on any issues
Monitor parts stock levels and maintain at required level
What we are looking for:
Experience in an office/administrative environment is essential
Knowledge or experience of commercial vehicle parts would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
