POSITION: Logistics and Office Administrator

SALARY: €30k for the full time / €15 for the part time weekend shift

BENEFITS: Company Pension

HOURS: Full-time Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm OR 9am – 9pm OR 10am – 7pm OR 11am – 8pm
Part-time Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm

LOCATION: Swords, Dublin

DESCRIPTION:

Our client is the only chauffeur company in Ireland to have achieved the globally recognised ISO Certification in Quality and in Health & Safety standards and are audited annually by the NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) in order to maintain these certifications. The company is located in Swords, Dublin and was established over 25 years’ ago.

The company provide the complete chauffeur transport solution: integrating trip planning, event management and administrative backup support into our service via experienced staff and the most innovative driver app and vehicle tracking system on the market.

With a diverse fleet of executive and luxury vehicles, dedicated premises and staff, the company has earned the trust of very high profile clients, including from the corporate, entertainment and private aviation market as well as state dignitaries depending on the company for impeccable service.

The company is looking for an ambitious, self motivated and friendly Logistics and General Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have impeccable language skills both written and oral and will be extremely comfortable working with IT. The company are looking for someone who can react quickly in a fast paced environment and enjoys the ‘adrenaline’ in dealing with multiple tasks under pressure.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (Not limited to):

Liaising with clients to establish their travel requirements and provide quotes by Email and over the phone.
Timely response to requests for quotes and general enquiries.
Converting leads into sales.
Liaising with Airlines, Executive Assistants, Airport Ground Handling Agents, hotels and local attractions to ensure all aspects of travel packages are covered.
General bookings, invoicing and payment administration.
Maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and clients.
Ad hoc duties to assist the daily running of the office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience in a busy office environment would be a big advantage.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to react accordingly to an ever changing daily schedule.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Self motivated with the ability to multi-task on various projects and prioritise workload.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
Understands wholly the importance that the ‘Customer is King’.
