Customer Service Coordinator
A medical device company based in South Dublin has a vacancy for a Customer Services Representative.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar type of environment.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following areas:
Taking and processing sales orders from customers via telephone, email, fax and post.
Resolving customer queries as efficiently as possible.
Liaise and work closely with all departments to investigate and resolve customer queries.
Liaising with customers nationwide and internationally.
Work well within a team and on own initiative.
Other General Administration.
Experience & Skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong Time Management Skills
Very high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Have experience in logical problem solving
