As a Sales Administrator, you will:
Fielding customer enquiries – this role will be the first and main interface between our clients and Otis
Supporting and co-operating with colleagues throughout the company in a positive, helpful and respectful manner.
Complying fully with the company’s administration and reporting systems.
Complying with the company quality system and participating in its continuous development.
Generating opportunities to tender for the types of contract for which Otis will achieve the greatest margins and in line with the company’s product policies. (Recoveries & Renegotiations)
Some sales experience required
Understanding of commercial service contracts
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and ability to forward plan the departmental requirements.
Good planning and organising skills
Would be useful to have an understanding of construction / service industry and market
