* Maintain relationships with all employees, vendors, suppliers and outside guests
* Schedule catering for various team and client meetings
* Responsible for being the lead with an upcoming office move for July 2019. Work with all outside vendors related to this move ensuring that the new space is completely set-up and the relocation is completed seamlessly.
* Order office supplies while maintaining a budget.
* Organise internal and external company functions/parties; logistics, budget and catering.
* Interfacing with building and maintenance management for repairs when needed
* Assist Director, HR with coordinating interview schedules for incoming candidates
* Assisting with other office/facility projects as they come up
* Own the process for full cycle, AP, Credit Card Transactions & expense report processing.
* A "multi-tasker" mindset with the ability to anticipate and prioritise in a service-oriented environment; superior time management skills required
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* A desire to work productively and independently with very limited supervision
* Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills required
* Quick-Books software experience preferred
