A vacany has arisen with a fast paced manufacturing company for a purchasing Administrator. This is a Contract role for 6 months and 20 hours per week.
Duties will include:
- Daily Intakes, administrating and reconciling purchase orders external and internal
- Daily returns
- Dealing with Invoice Queries and Credits and liaising with Buyers
- Coordination of all purchasing queries
- Project Work
- Provide cover for Reception duties and other general administration.
This role will ideally require some previous experience in a similar role along with working knowledge of ERP Systems.
