We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a very busy Finance Team. Based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Salary €30k
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 3 years accounts experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hardworking, honest with strong desire to succeed
- Experience with Sage Line 50 is a MUST
- Must be a team player
Collecting outstanding debt on customer accounts
- Coordinating the resolution of customer queries
- Processing Invoices and Matching invoices to payments
- Responsible for preparing and sending customer correspondence
- Dealing with suppliers in a professional manner
- Involved in Sales Invoicing & credit notes
- Assisting the Finance Manager with weekly tasks/projects
- Providing weekly/monthly reports to the Finance Manager
- Ad-hoc duties
