Is taking owner of the full sales cycle from initial contact (prospecting, networking, follow up etc) through negotiating terms to deal signing and initial business flow. Once implemented and settled, accounts are then handed over to the service delivery teams so you can focus on winning new customers. You will be selling high-quality vehicle funding and management solutions to fleet operators with a focus on value and solution rather than securing low-cost, one-off orders. Such sales cycles can take many months to close, so a thorough, energetic and patient approach will be required.

They are directly associated with high-quality service provision making the ‘sell’ easier to introduce and the profit easier to defend because you can always be highly confident your service delivery teams will do an excellent job for your hard-won customers.
We do not need vehicle leasing experience, we are very interested in talking to people with a stable CV who have a track record in B2B selling through often complex, sometimes lengthy sales cycles. You need to be self-starting, you do not need a manager to call you early in the morning to get you out there and doing business, you can understand your customers and articulate solutions rather than just ‘quote and chase’ to win business.
