POSITION: Sales Executive
SALARY: Salary package commensurate with experience

Our client is a well-established Renewable energy company involved in providing domestic homeowners and businesses throughout Ireland with Renewable hot water, Renewable heating and Renewable electricity generation and storage solutions. With climate change on top of the political agenda and lots of incentives from SEAI this is a fast growing industry for the future.
The company is looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive who is familiar with the world of Renewable energy products (Solar panels &/or heat pumps). They will have previously worked in a similar role or alternatively will have worked in a sales/support role in this industry.
The ideal candidate, who will report to the Sales Director, will be capable of contacting new sales enquiries for products and turning them into sales. They will also need to source new business across Ireland whilst also providing support alongside the sales team to service the existing diverse range of customers.
Duties to include but not limited to:-
- Respond to website and telephone enquiries for products and turn them into sales
- Nurturing potential clients on the phone prior to site survey
- Site visits to potential customers around Ireland to close out orders
- Ability to assess site conditions pertinent to project requirements, and provide basic site survey to ensure accurate details on jobs
- Using the CRM program to maintain good on-going communications with customers and potential customers
- Provide exhibition sales presence and lead follow up
- New business development and maintaining of existing customers
The following skills would be necessary for consideration for this position:-
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint) and CRM packages.
- Full, clean, driving licence is essential.
- Good level of English/mathematics together with written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of Renewable energy products is preferred with a proven track record.
- Confidence in negotiating situations with clients
- Proven closer
- Outgoing and calm personality
- Logical thought process with an attention to detail
- Ability to work within a small dedicated team
- Able to present themselves professionally
- Enthusiastic, energetic, driven, self-motivated with an ambition to succeed
