Restaurant Manager 5* hotel in Kildare
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager at this renowned Resort in Co. Kildare. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be involved in all aspects of the management of the restaurant. This is a very exciting time to join the team with major renovations ongoing and in the pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be:
Friendly, outgoing, efficient and organised with a minimum of 2-3 years¿ experience in a similar or complimentary role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, a team player with strong attention to detail and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all food services in the Linden Tree Restaurant.
You also must be able to manage under pressure and be able to maintain all administrative elements required of the role such as scheduling, gross margins, labor margins, performance management and recruitment.
Supervising all restaurant functions and your team throughout the service
Briefing the restaurant team and ensuring the restaurant is set to the required standard
Manage booking system to maximise guest bookings
