Hotel Chefs North Dublin - Chef de Partie and Junior Sous
We are looking for Chef de partie or Junior Sous Chefs to join the team at various 3* and
4* north Dublin Hotels.
This is a great chance for a very experienced Chef de Partie or an existing Junior Sous to join this large, busy establishment and be a key part of the team during this time!
If you are an experienced Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in an enjoyable kitchen then this is for YOU!
Chef requirements and qualifications:
2+ years experience as a CDP / Junior Sous
A background in restaurant and/or banqueting
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
A Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong passion for the art of food design.
Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.
Eligible to work in Ireland full time.
