Our manufacturing client based in Cookstown require a Sales Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with the potential of permanent employment on successful completion of temporary contract.
Good organisational skills
Confident telesales, with a focus on customer service
Attention to detail is essential
Competent in the use of various IT programmes, including Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritise, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a busy office environment
Experience in a similar role, within a manufacturing environment is desirable
Experience within the construction industry is desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Navision
- Responsible for reception duties i.e. welcoming external customers to the office
Manage customer queries via telephone, email and post
Input and process sales orders for the full range of company products
Carry out all sales administration roles – filing, faxing, posting, printing
Produce sales order processing reports for senior management

Salary - £18 - £20k depending on experience.
