We are currently seeking applications for an Administrator in our office in Cavan Town Co Cavan on a permanent contract. This role will report to the Office Team Manager and key responsibilities are outlined below.
-Provide guidance and support as necessary to ensure Company policy and procedures are effectively applied in providing a consistent, responsive, high quality and cost-effective service.
-Update and Maintain records in accordance with company quality policies.
-Co-ordinate the collation of data and preparation of reports, schedules, summaries and correspondence as necessary.
-Managing stock levels, re-ordering and corresponding with suppliers.
-Communicating with Customers and General Public in response to queries
-Collating and Updating Health and Safety registers and records.
-Financial Admin; inputting of time sheets, Purchase Orders, Monthly Invoices and Reports, Recording of stock transactions, Debtor Management.
Your Skills and Experience
-Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
-Proficient in main Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate Level Minimum in MS Excel) and accounting packages
-Good literacy skills
-Ability to collate and manipulate data to produce performance reports and systematic approach to problem solving
-Awareness of financial and resource control practice
-Good communication skills (listens; welcomes feedback)
-Attention to detail and accuracy
