Our client a leading company in their field is currently recruiting for an administrator who is a native German speaker and well versed in handling documentation with the utmost precision such as legal documents or contracts. Previous secretarial experience or real estate experience is desirable.
This Role involves
- Preparing accurate documentation to be sent out to clients
- Working within a team-based environment to help deliver a great experience to clients.
- General clerical tasks to help support team members
- Finding discrepancies within data sets
- Fluency in English and German both verbally and in writing
- Previous customer facing experience is desirable
- Well organised detail orientated individual
- An ability to type at 50+ wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, outlook, excel) is required
- Previous experience with deadlines and targets is desirable
- Great work ethic
