Business Support Administrator 30 hours

Cpl Jobs are working with our client based in the Lisburn area who are looking for a Business Support Administrator for their busy office. 

Purpose of the Role

  • Prepare sales statistics/analysis, reports, & presentations
  • Fulfil the administrative support/general office duties. Complete promotional administration as instructed
  • Use multiples sales tools (Tesco-link) to track EPOS performance
  • To complete Ad-hoc sales reports as requested
  • Create and produce sales aids/flyers
  • Update and maintain product files
  • Complete customer new line forms
  • Photocopying as required
  • Data Inputting/extraction
  • To input and maintain promotions/pricing on Company systems
  • Maintain appointment book

Experience Required

  • Recent office based experience in similar role
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of proficiency in the use of computer applications particularly Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills with emphasis on attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team

DESIREABLE CRITERIA:

  • Knowledge of business IT systems
  • Full clean driving license
  • FMCG experience

This is a temporary post for 3 months

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am-3pm (30 hours per week)
