Role / Requirements
* Working directly with the Operations/Division Director to develop and expand the business through tendering and negotiation of new works
* Review and submission of tenders, valuation preparation and conducting at margin reviews
* Overall responsibility of budgets, schedule, QA and H&S of projects
* The ability to manage projects to tight deadlines
* Minimum 5 years' experience post qualification in managing MEP projects with a minimum value of €10m
* Relevant third level qualification essential - Mechanical Engineering / Building Services
* Experience in a mechanical services environment required
* Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
* Excellent IT skills essential
