We are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Admin Support for a public sector organisation, the role is based in Kilkeel.
The role is initialy until March 2021 approximately.
The hours are 37.5 hours per week, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
For this role it is essential that you have the following:
- 4 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including English Language and 1 year’s administrative experience OR 2 year’s administrative experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office Word or equivalent
The postholder will be required to provide an efficient and effective clerical service using a range of technology within their allocated work area. The postholder will liaise with appropriate members of staff within the Trust as well as external agencies, members of the public and if appropriate, patients/clients to ensure an accurate, smooth running and comprehensive service.
