We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client who are an established recycling firm in Northern Ireland.
As part of a small team based in their Keady depot, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including weighbridge reports, associated paperwork and assisting the site manager with general administration tasks.
Suitable candidates will have experience within an office administration environment and have excellent IT skills
Monitor and carry out weighbridge/ tonnage reports, recording information accurately
Handle telephone calls and other forms of communication within the office such as letters, faxes and emails
Work closely with site staff and support the site manager with administrative tasks such as audits
Carry out other duties as required and be a team player to help smooth running of the depot
What we are looking for
Experience within an administrative role in an office environment
Excellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft, emails and can use basic computer systems
Attention to detail
Clear communicator and able to work in a team
Hours of work are Mon to Fri 8 - 5
