Get Recruited are currently working with a long established, family run business based in Toomebridge in County Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator who is confident in using Sage and Microsoft Excel to join a friendly, rewarding and successful team.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be covering all aspects of finance from sales and purchase ledger, through to credit control and processing payroll.

- As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the sales and purchase ledger
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Complete credit control duties, chasing any overdue payments and issuing credit notes
- Setting up new customers on Sage
- Sending out customer statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitor online payments on SagePay
- Checking supplier statements and paying them
- Overseeing the accounts email inbox
- Completing other duties as required
- At least 1 years experience within accounts assistant, accounts administrator, finance assistant, finance administrator, assistant accountant role is essential
- Knowledge of Sage50 and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
